How do I get rid of the gap between the arrow of the text box frame?
It was fine when I create the text box, but the moment I start changing the size of the text or the color, the gap appears.

Also, How do I resize the spacing between the text and the text box frame so that it's more close together?

Probably this is a bug, try to restart Archicad.

Use Frame Offset (Label Settings -> Text Style -> Frame Offset field):

Oh I wish I have that option. I have version 18 and it doesn't show the offset frame view like you do. Thank you.
I restarted the software, it still shows the gap between the arrow and the text box frame the moment I increase the font size. Thanks anyway.
