There are 2 places were you can edit it. Either on Options-> Element Attributes-> Zone Categories which should apply to all zones or individually.

Thanks Eduardo for getting back to me and so quickly too.

I've had a look at your suggestions and unfortunately it would seem that on my PC it will only allow me to justify to the left or right, not center. We're running A18 on a PC, maybe the PC has different options?

It shouldn't have different settings from Mac to PC but I'll let a Windows user answer.

This setting is not the same in all Zone Stamps.
In Zone_Stamp_1 18 there is a center option, but in Zone_Stamp_2 18 there is only left and right justification options.

You choose the zone stamp in the zone categories.

Options menu > Element Attributes > Zone Categories

You can set a different stamp for each zone category you have.

As to what the differences are between them - too many to list here.
They just have different parameters available and may display them in a different manner - i.e. on had centre justify text and the other didn't.

You will see a list of all the parameters and a preview of what the stamp looks like in the Zone Categories dialogue.
