How can one clone the view map into a Publisher Set?

i have a file that someone made but i don't know how , where the view map is entirely cloned or referenced into a publisher set.
So anytime i change my view maps the publisher gets automatically updated.
The folders that are linked have a specific black arrow at the bottom left.

Select the folder that contains the views you want and use the 'ADD SHORTCUT' button.
