topic Window Schedule - Annotation of Preview in Documentation

<T>Hi All,

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere, I could not find a topic.

I have a Automatic Schedule with Window elements. I have the 3D Front view as my Field / Elevation and I've added my dimensions. Now for our elevations/schedules we would often have link markers to construction details and ideally would have associative labelling.

a) Is there are a way to add section markers to the annotation view of the Elevation preview?
b) Can labels link to sub-elements of a window? Say the surface we chose for the Glass in an Archicad window?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Pete.</T>

Interesting idea but the label tool is not available inside the preview window. You can add text, but not autotext.

However you can add any information about each window in the schedule itself, so you can schedule the glass type by loading that parameter into the schedule list.

You can't link a section, however you might be able to creatively think about your window numbering system to help with cross referencing
