Not sure about educational version options, but you can either publish your layouts to PDF or just open the layout and save as PDF.

Finally you could also print the layout using a PDF printer.

The first two option should create a PDF with exactly the size of your layout and never break it up in different pages.

Using a printer, you might need to setup the page size properly and pick 'Use Layout Margin' as margin option.

<T>Hi there, I need to know how to save a file as a PDF as per the attached file. This is my first time handing in a file and every time I save as a PDF it brakes up the site plan on multiple pages.

Please help I need to know:

1. how do I get my site plan onto one page. At the moment when I save it is on multiple pages and all broken up?

2. how do I get the table section down the bottom which names the plan, has the north indicator and the project name?

Thanks</T>
