Customizing file name when publishing individual PDF layouts

At the moment when I publish layouts from the Publisher to PDF the file name uses the Layout ID followed by the Layout Name. So a drawing with layout ID A110 and layout name GROUND FLOOR PLAN will have a file name of A110 GROUND FLOOR PLAN.pdf

Is there any way to customise this? For example i want to add the Revision number at the end of the file name and a project code at the front. The project number is an autotext field in the title block and so is the revision number. So in this example the project number is 18.07 and revision is 02 so ideally when I publish this PDF the file name would be 18.07 A110 GROUND FLOOR PLAN REV 02. pdf or similar
