Rotated window label in elevation

I placed a few window labels on one elevation and when placed on a perpendicular elevation the labels come out rotated. Settings show no rotation. Trying to adjust the angle rotation produces wild results like 89 degrees puts it at an obtuse angle and 270 degrees is straight upside down.

I am having the same problem although the problem is exacerbated by the fact that I am working in the Finnish version and don't understand the language as well, but still can't find what is triggering the problem as I have some windows which are displaying correctly and the remainder not.....

Can you tell me which label object you are using? It doesn't seem to be in the standard library.
Oh and which version of ArchiCAD

Unfortunately we could not reproduced the issue with the file David sent us, and since then we have been unable to reach him.

Hello and apologies as have been away, pandemic and such. Have not used this label in a while.

Still same label rotation issue. Any other suggestions or experience since original post.

By the way this only happens on east and west elevation views.
