<T>Hi,
may somebody advise on how to include Bottom and Top Elevation for Beams in schedules please.

There is no availability of these parameters in Schedule Fields for Beams.
This seems to be very strange because Top and Bottom elevations are available in "Info bar" and are also available for Labels.

I have also tried to build an expression in Property Manager but no luck.

You need to use 'Elevation' and 'Height' in the 'General' section of the add fields.
Elevation from Project Zero used from the "General" section gives the Top Elevation of the beam but needs special attention if the beam is profiled.
The Height from the General Beam is not the Bottom Elevation of the beam, it is just the Height of the beam.
There is an alternative for the beam Bottom Elevation, using the "Elevation to Story" field from the General section.
All the above is always right only for normal beams, but for profiled beams needs to be checked that the center of gravity of the profile is at the top of the cross section.

All this is confusing and someone is never sure that the above fields from the "General" section refer to the Top and Bottom Elevation of the beam.

This seems to have been addressed in version 23.
We will now have 'Elevation to top' and 'Elevation to bottom' in the general section.
