Story markers in decimal feet?

Is there a way to have story markers display the story levels in surveyor format (decimal feet to two decimal places) while the rest of the project uses feet-inches dimension format? If so how? If not, is there a workaround?

I think what you want (a screen shot would help) is to go to Project Preferences > Dimensions > Elevation Dimensions (5th button from left) and set as desired. Store As... this change, then assign that Dimension Setting to your View(s).

Thank you for your help. It was actually "level dimensions" (fourth button), but that did the trick.
