topic Zone relation to doors for multi-stories in Documentation

Hi.

I find it curious that doors cannot recognize zones when a zone is across multiple stories depending on the zone setting.

I've got a schedule with parameters To/From Zone number. If ZONE 3 is placed on Story 0, as it should, it leaves the zone number for ZONE 3 blank in the schedule. Now on the other hand if I place ZONE 3 on Story 1 and set the Home story offset of the zone to -3000 (in this case) it actually works for both doors in the picture. The downside is that the zone is no longer displayed on the floor plan on Story 0 and does not have the correct home story.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/5jjfoye384h7c6g/zone_door_relation.png?dl=0

How do you work with this issue?

Zones are not intelligent enough currently to be multi-story zones.
I would probably place two Zone elements, one for each story. Then I would set their height values so that they touch vertically. Also I would set the same Zone Number for both.
