label tool - circle w/line

can anyone tell me how to achieve this in AC18

Drawing from engineer sketches, and they use circles with numbers in them to indicate items on the list of various beams and TJI's

Thought I had it all worked out, but when I said ok and placed it on the plan, wasn't what was chosen, and AC18 instead chose to let me have the Object Indicator, NCIS 18...which doesn't work...and AC 18 doesn't give me the option to change the geometry from that silly shape to a circle...HELP...

YES, it doesn't work, can't change the SIZE of the circle...so it is too large, same for the multiple leader in the embedded library, no ability to make it fit project...can't change the size of the circle...don't want a 6" circle

ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?
