<R>I have a few problems with the Archicad layout:

1. Not all of my site analysis drawing copies over to the layout (I miss the winter and summer sun positions when pasting the drawing [ I have tried unlocking and changing layers but it doesn't solve anything. ] )

2. I get additional lines running through my site analysis drawing when posting it on a layout (as shown below in the image):

Thanks in advance</R>

Are you trying to Copy-Paste stuff to the Layout?

That is not the proper working method.

What you should do is:
1. While in the Floor Plan Viewpoint, save a View.
2. Display the Layout, then drag-and-drop the saved View onto the Layout. A Drawing will be created on the Layout, and the saved View will be the source of that Drawing.

Alternately, you can just right-click in the Floor Plan Viewpoint, and select the "Save View and Place on Layout" command of the context menu, which will also do the above two steps.
