Too bad the Youtube video in the second link is gone. It was actually quite good. The video explained how you could separate shadows and make the process a little bit easier.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>Elevational Shadow Study</title>

&lt;BR /&gt;
I am trying to draw an elevational shadow study of the shadow our new project house is casting onto a neighbors house.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
House A - New House&lt;BR /&gt;
House B - Existing Neighbour House&lt;BR /&gt;
Distance between houses approx. 2.0m or 6 feet approx.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I can get the shadows to cast no problem, but cannot get an elevational view between the houses (eg use section tool or elevational tool) as both cut off House A and in turn the shadows it casts.  Chicken and Egg.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Is there a way to do this or domes someone have an object or work around.&lt;BR /&gt;
