I don't recall exactly where this tag came from; it may have been a premium object from a prior ArchiPlus subscription. Also, Total Zone from Master Script (paid object) has it. Generally, you have to activate the feature in the MVO, and then you get some hotspots in the stamp which you can drag to the size you want.
