Publishing DWG format doesn't work.

Publishing PDF format works great.
But when I trying to do it in DWG, archicad always stops and has no response at status 'saving...' in publishing window.

What do I have to check to solve this problem?

The first thing I would try is a different DXF/DWG translator - you should be able to change this in the publisher options somewhere (sorry I don't have Archicad with me at the moment to say exactly where).

Or try a smaller, simpler file with the same settings.

Maybe there is something in your file that is just taking a long time to translate to DWG.

I think it's up to the hotfix version of archicad.
when I publish dwg with 5005, it stops with no reply.
but with 3003 it works perfectly.

Is it anything to do with the save path? Like needing administrator rights?

Hi All,
Based on the file we have received, this problem was due to an older update. If having similar issues, please download and install the newest Update (6006). We have fixed a lot of issues in that build. You can download it from the following link: http://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/archicad/updates/AC19/AC19-5005to6006-ReleaseNotes.html We have tried with different Translator settings, and for example "Save Layout into" Paper Space with Cropped View's content, works properly.
