From what I've been told, unfortunately it's not possible to add a new customized arrowhead in ARCHICAD.

Which shape are you after? Since there are 24 shapes to choose from, that you can change in size.

Edwin,

The proportion of the standard filled arrow just does not look right to me. I am used to the AutoCAD leader style and was hoping to recreate it in Archicad.

There are 3 different lengths for the arrow.
Wouldn't one of these be close to what you had in Autocad?
