<T>I have an apartment building with tons of layouts and I was wondering is there any way that Archicad won't create a space between layout ID and its name when the pdf-s are published.

i.e. the filename would be "A221-2-B_LayoutName.pdf"
not "A221-2-B_ LayoutName.pdf" (I used three spaces so you'd get my point more easily).

TIA</T>

Are you aware of the "Rename Items" command in the Publisher Sets tab page of the Navigator?
You may be able to achieve this desired File Name result using this command:

<LINK_TEXT text="https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/video ... hing-sets/">https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/videos/archicad/documenting/revision-management/archicad-18-new-features-renaming-items-in-publishing-sets/</LINK_TEXT>
