    <description>If you don't need the pdf file to be an active link (always live and updating), you could explode it, and then change the line colours. That's possible only if the pdf was of a type "vector drawing", not a "bitmap saved as a pdf" file.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;After bringing in an external drawing (a pdf), is there a way to edit the line colour? I would like to make the black and white pdf into a grey line colour. I am not seeing any way to do this and perhaps it is not possible.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>No, A placed PDF can only be the original colour, Greyscale or black and white.&lt;BR /&gt;
If anything is already black in the PDF then greyscale will not change that.&lt;BR /&gt;
Black is black, white is white and only other colours convert to greyscale.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
However you could place a 50% white fill with transparent background over it.&lt;BR /&gt;
