Midpoint of section marker

On plan view I cannot seem to get a mid point snap point marker to show up when I hover over a section or elevation marker in plan view with AC25, Im sure this was possible before??

How do I find the middle of a section or elevation marker line on plan view??

I checked this in AC25, AC22, AC20 , and AC16, which is the oldest AC version I have on my computer, and middle point Snap Guides are not displayed in any of these versions for the middle point of Section/Elevation lines, it seems like this was never implemented.

It would make a good wish though if you want to make one.
