Listing the wall net surface area in the zone list.

Hello. I am trying to create a zone list in which to display the net surface of the walls surrounding an area. (toatal perimeter X Height - total surface of doors, windows). For example: in the balcony area calculate only the facade wall ( not to count the railing as a wall). Below i attached a photo of my example. Thank you.

Select the railing walls and in "Model" rollout change the relation with zone to "No effect on Zones". Hope this will help you.
