Archicad 24 Water - River render

Hello everyone,

I am a beginner Archicad user and I need help with rendering. I would like to render water - river 025 surface, but it came up grey and black. Does someone have the same issue?

I tried these options:

- ticking transparency

- ticking refraction

- ticking environment

- reducing refraction rate

None of them worked. Maybe I should change foil?

Have you tried increasing the Opacity of the material ? My thoughts are that you have the material too transparent and therefore you are seeing through the water to whatever is underneath.
