Dang it, a big menu popped up showing me similar posts and I couldn't get rid of it. Anyway, the fill for the Wall End tool is a drafting fill instead of a cut fill so when you set a Graphic Override for no cut fills the Wall Ends will still have their fills.

Thank you very much for the question!

I tried to reproduce the issue on Archicad 25, but the Wall End was overridden correctly with the Cut Fill option via Graphic Override rule.

Could you please share some screenshot of the rules you used and the object's settings for a closer look?
