Twinmotion license

Hi,

We're setting up a machine with Archicad, Unreal Engine and Twinmotion. The issue is under Unreal Engine selection of Twinmotion versions, only trial and education versions are available.

The account made is already under our company name with the Archicad license already download to the machine. What step are we missing?

Looking for forward to a quick solution to this. Thank you!

Thank you for the question!

Previously, we had a promotion for SSA customers to redeem Twinmotion licenses, which was announced here. Unfortunately, the promotion has ended in December 2021.
