Crash when using writing notes or text

Archicad 21

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)

3,6 GHz 8-coere Intel Core i9

macOS Monterey version 12,5

I am retired architect that now rarely uses this software

There seems to be bug and non compatibility issues of this old version (21) and macOS Monterey as computer crashes each time I use label or text tool

Please can anyone help, already checked for upgrades and there is none, I have the latest version.

I am getting the same crashes on OSX10.15 for AC21 using the Text or Label tools in a new empty file from the Commercial template.
