PMK is the way to go. If you are linking views directly between the files, IMO you would be better off having it all in one file.

First, forgive me if this has been addressed elsewhere.

We are working on a large project where the model file and the Layout Book have been shared as two different Teamwork files.

Linking "Views" as "Drawings" is causing a number of problems:

a) for some users, the linked view cannot be updated due to a communication error

b) for some users, the view's content disappears in the the drawing frame.

I've scoured the forum and Graphisoft's documentation and cannot find a a clear explanation how to do this correctly, nor what might go wrong, nor how to fix it when it doesn't work.

Before we rework this this with PMKs, can someone tell me what we're doing wrong or point me to a document that describes this procedure.
