missing element in 3D document (RCP)

Hello,

I have a 3D document that was created to use as an rcp that seems to be missing zones and cabinet objects. I have checked all the following:

-layer combos

-reno filters

-graphic overrides

-model views

-partial element display

I looked through the 3D document settings which I'm not very familiar with, and tried changing a few of the options to no avail. I thought I had solved it when looking at Filter and Cut Elements in 3D (Elements in 3D View), I found that "zones" was not checked it the list of elements to show, however after adding it nothing changed.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
