Twinmotion Direct link not working nor showing up

Hello,

I'm having issues with the direct link between Archicad 24 and twinmotion 2021.1.4. I install the plugin and it even appears in Archicad when I look in "Window - Palette - Datasmith" but when I click on it nothing happens.
I checked on my colleague's computer and it seems that she has more files installed than me altough we did the same installation process. I tried re installing both twinmotion and the plugin but nothing seems to work. Does someone have an answer to this ?

I have similar issue - after instalation the plug in I cant see it in Archicad windows/palette...

What does your Addon Manager show?

Note: this image is from version 20, but yours should be similar.

And it is for the 'Direct Link' add-on, not the 'Datasmith' add-on.
