macOS/AC file path issue

I have several file paths defined, as we all do. The library (as in screen shot) and CAD export etc all frequently need relocating. My LIST files disappear from their View Map folder and I have to replace them from the Project Map (they are there at least). I have not changed computers or HD but I am constantly having to relocate a file to load My library or export CAD etc. This example changed from Jan this year. While the OS and AC have been updated, it was the same issue before that. AC is dropping "/MacintoshHD/" from the path, but it's the same SSD. I think it started with my newest iMac in 2017 so I thought it would go away after relink things... but no... ???

Are other people having this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks

Have you tried removing AC from Full Disk Access in security and privacy and re-adding it?
