Saving a module without suspend groups on makes the module 5 times as heavy

Hello, I have a question regarding the saving of modules in Archicad 26. I found out that while saving a module with the marquee with suspend groups on, makes the saved module file almost 5 times as big compared to saving the same module with suspend groups off. Does anyone know if this is a bug, is there data loss in the saved module. I'd like to know because when I use the publisher method of saving modules I think it uses the method with suspend groups off, because the file size is similar.

Does anyone know how to fix this, is it possible to make the publisher method export the modules with suspend groups on?

We use Archicad 26 with iOs 12.6
