I cannot access the Library, Metal, Handrails. I keep getting a favorites Kitchen cabinet. I use instructions to File, Library Manager to open the file but it does not open a functioning railing to edit. It lists GDL details. I need to get this job done and I have no friends to help in this remote area where I live! What am I doing wrong?

Can you show a screen image of how you are trying to access the Library, Metal, Handrails?

You would need have the Railing Tool active? What are you trying to edit? AC version? See links in my signature.
