Thanks for that Laszlo.

I did have Access Privileges but maybe not Reserved the Book Settings. Crazy thing is I got it sorted out but I have completely forgotten how! I have a feeling I sorted it out using the Organiser palette not the Book Settings dialogue but I'm not sure.

<R>We have just started to use the Change Manager on a Teamshare Project and we have got out of sequence with our Issues. I may also be completely misunderstanding how ArchiCAD excpects me to issue revisions on drawings

Our most recent issue is P03 which is currently "WIP" but three drawings should have been issued as Issue P02 but on these drawings it displays "P02 WIP" in the drawing number and Rev note.

I have tried deleting the Issue P03 and even deleted the Layout Sheet that P03 was for but the Book Settings list P03 as the current issue and it will not let me delete it because the OK button is grayed out.

Any idea how I can get it remove the current issue P03 so I can "reopen" P02 to allow me to issue the P02 Issue?

Did you Reserve the Book Settings Dialog? I think you didn't because in the upper right corner it says "Selected 1 Editable 0" so it is not editable by you.
Check that and also make sure that you have Access Right in the BIM Server that enables you to modify Book Settings. Otherwise you will not even be able to reserve it.
