External drawing in layout. CRACH

Hello,
AC19 crash, then placing external drawing through "Organizer-Layout editor"
External source shown as linked, but in grey color.
Placing new drawing through "Browse Project" invokes new instance of AC, but it hangs out.
All my project stopped working like this.

Maybe it's Windows 10 fault?
I can't find difference between to notebooks. One can import external content, other can't.

The error message says that "Communication error occured".
I an wondering if this is the cause of it:

Exactly it was NVIDIA.

After ruined several projects, I am back at work.

I hope, this bug is mentioned in AC perspective.
Such problems kills our nerve cells.
