AC 21 lines display issue

Working with AC21 no matter what color line, fill, library part I select and place, they all show in blue color.
It does not matter what color pen I select
Also, the "True line weight" has no effect on the lines placed in the drawing.
All the lines placed are "Drafting Line" type

This happens only in the Project Map and the View Map but it works properly in the Layout Book view

Any ideas what setting I am overlooking?

Thanks Barry.
I will need to work on this.
I have not done any customize on AC21 so I cannot explain why this is happening.
Any way to find a quick "RESET" or "DEFAULT" ?

If it is graphic overrides then there should be a "No Overrides" GO combination.

Or maybe it could be Renovation Filters in which case there should be a "Show All" renovation filter.
