After you placed your topographic map on separate worksheet and set the north, use trace and reference to show topographic map on the floor plan, then rotate the view that north would be on top. Save the view as site plan or similar. So you will get two different views - one for site plan with true north and your architectural plans oriented orthogonally.</description>
