Survey Scale

When I merge a dwg survey into a worksheet, the dimensions change. As shown on the attached image showing 2'-6", the original dimension is 30'-0". Both the scales of the survey and the worksheet are 1' = 40'.

and what does AC measure on that particular dimension?

Cheikh:

When Merging, check the Translator in the Merge DXF-DWG Model Space dialog box. In the Translator, look at Drawing Unit, my guess it is set to 1 Inch rather than 1 Foot, since 2'-6" x 12 = 30'-0".
