Under Regional and Language options you can set the format by clicking your country or customize.<BR /> <BR /> Note that only new dimension get that format right away. To get this format for existing dimensions, you have to change something in the project preferences dimension settings. Only then the dimension are regenerated. You can undo that change after the regeneration.
