    <description>Yes, the marquee is the way to do this.  Check that you have the marquee set appropriately to light for active story only, or heavy for all stories.  Also make sure grouping is suspended or you will just be dragging what you have selected.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Is it possible to stretch a wall in the middle to increase the dimension of the room?(refer fig)&lt;BR /&gt;
i need to do so to avoid the work of realigning the windows.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>wont the "marquee" tool work? marquee the bottom portion of the windows, then simply stretch the wall(s) down??? or am I missing something here??</description>

but, how to to stretch trimmed to roof wall?the stretched portion sretches with original height.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>You should do the roof separately unless you want the slope of the roof to change.</description>

      <description>A wall that is "Trimmed to roof" will not have the trim altered when stretching or changing the roof.&lt;BR /&gt;
You will have to undo the trim and re-trim.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Solid Element Operations on the other hand will adjust automatically as you make changes.&lt;BR /&gt;
