buggy dimension number alignment

<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>There is a buggy thing that happens with dimensioning in section/elevations. When, for clarity, I adjust a height dimension number from its default location, I find that the next time I open this section, the dimension number has rotated 90 degrees (to horizontal). I cannot get it to keep the location or orientation I put it in. Is there some overriding control for this or is it just a bug that will be fixed VERY SOON?</T></DIV>
