      <title>Elevation Dimensions</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Is there a way to add to the dimensions. Here 0'-0" we call 100'-0". So we have to change all dims to custom text and manually type the dim in.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

That's just the default setting (for whatever reason); unfortunately, (as far as I know) you can only change it after the dimension is placed.  You can simply select all vertical dimension text and modify in one step (again, as far as I know, inheriting and transferring properties does not work).  I wish we could save Dimension Text Settings as Favorites...</description>
