I was hoping someone else was going to reply with something useful. I have had this problem for quite some time. The application opens, but I can't access it.

It really hasn't affected me since I replaced PlotFlow functions with Publisher.

I didn't try this yet, but sounds good ...

In the WinNT folder (WinXP and Win2000) there is a file called Plotflow.ini

Double click on this file and change the X and Y values to 100 (each) instead of the errant -32000.

plotflow can be used as a print queue for plotters - probably not so relevant with today's modern plotters really being large printers.

however, it does save some time and free up my machine when used in combination with the spool folder function of plotmaker . . . means i don't have to wait for all the plotting to finish before i can use plotmaker again.
That is true.
However, I have recently spent a number of years on a very big project where we shared offices on site with other architects, contractors and also various client departments involved. Plotters ( and printers ) were owned by various budgets but were common resources on the network. I built a rather simple FileMaker database that collected the data from Plotflow's log file, sorted it and presented it to the accountants in immediately billable format.
Also, as you say, Plotflow managed the bottleneck and no user was locked up waiting for the plotting to complete.
Any chance you could share that database?
