This is a question about changing FILL.

If you just need to move the fill origin or rotate it, then use the second construction method.

The 3rd button will rotate and distort the x an y axis of the fill - for fill with a 2 direction hatch pattern (i.e.diamond).

No need to use for a single diagonal hatch unless you want to distort the spacing.

And yes you have to adjust each one separately.

You can resize with those handles (you have to stretch both by the same amount if you want it proportional).

But if you change the construction method it will all reset.

So if you want different fill spacings, it is best to create multiple fills.
