Masking fills for dimension text

I have not seen masking fills for dimension text in version 9. Am I missing something or did graphisoft not include this "text" feature for dimension text?

No doubt omitted to continue the design philosophy of "consistently inconsistent".

Don't be so harsh, Karl.

I have heard a rumour that Graphisoft deliberately disabled some obvious 'features' so that when 9.1 is released they can say more than 'bug fixes'.
