topic Archicad layout/master won't crop to frame and has a small resolution when saved in Documentation

I am currently using Archicad26 but I installed 27 to work on a small project. I was trying to save the layout as PNG/JPG/PNG and not only the resolution was really bad, but the dimensions of the file had nothing to do with the dimensions of the page I was working on (I tried with A1 and A4 landscape and portrait and the image resulted when I saved it). I selected crop image to frame but got the same result. I thought maybe it's a problem with the 27 version, so I went back to 26 and it happened again.

This is what I get when I save a portrait A4
