In the window object settings, is it set to use the MVO settings?

I believe windows and doors can be set to use their own settings rather than the MVO settings.

I set the window to show as a single line in the Model View Options, as I only want to show a single line window on the framing plan. However, despite changing both the door and window to single line in model view options, the window still shows as full, while the door shows as a single line, though not with pocket doors... Any suggestions?

Also, I'd also like to have no door swing but that seems not possible?
