Is it possible to ‘find and select’ fills in multiple views at once? I’d like to add an element ID to a fill that is used on multiple views. Please help

No, you can only work in one view at a time, so you will only be able to select the fills in one view at a time.

Unless that are all in plan views (different storeys).

Then you could create a schedule that lists the ID and you could change them all in the schedule.

You can't schedule fills in sections, elevations, details or worksheets, so that won't work for them.
