Hi !

is there a way to embed links into TEXT in layouts in the newest version in archicad? Also is there a way to embed video into the layouts as well ? (Like YouTube or other format).

I use pdf expert but there isn't option to attach additionally videos into pdf. adobe has a feature to embed the video through design files which is just another whole story.

The reason I am asking is we offer always top-tier presentations to clients. I spend a lot of time doing all of this in slides so it would be great if I could do all in archicad without the additional time. as far as videos, I'd like to attach products videos that client can play from pdf.

I appreciate your help

The only text links you can embed is to type the web address in full as text (www.....).

When published as a PDF, this should link to the website.

As for videos, no you can't embed them.

Again, type the web address or you could insert a QR code that can be scanned to activate the you tube video.

One advantage of the QR code is you can scan it from paper documents as well.
