topic Plans on layout, fixed position in Documentation

Hi,

I am sure I have asked this question before , but I would just like to check....

Plans placed on a layout, is there a way to fix them in place so that if I decide to change the placed plan scale, they down dont resize or change position on the layout? I know that if I change the scale in the source view drawing view settings it wont change size or place on the layout, but if I change the scale of the placed plan it does.

I want to occasionaly change a plans scale without haveing to alter or create a new source view.

thank you for any help.

If you want plans at different scales, always create a view for each scale.

I recommend you do not adjust the scale of the drawing placed on the layout.

Thank you Barry, yes I thought it was the case and it is the correct way of doign it. Sometimes I just want to quickly throw out a plan with a different scale quickly.
