topic background fills in elevation in Documentation

I've not found any topics on this so hopefully there's a way to do this... In elevation, I'm trying to place a fill that emulates trees in the background, behind my elevation. I can create the fill itself, but can't get it to receded into the background.

Basically, I'd like it to look like this:

When I place a fill and end it to the back, it overlaps most of the elevation:

As you can see, a few elements are in front of the fill, such as the fence on the far left and a roof and a window in the middle for some reason.

Is there a way to do this without subtracting from the fill around the building?

Thanks!

Elements in section and elevation are "transparent" unless you change the uncut element setting.

Also check that the shadows on the background are not transparent or you'll get the issue below.

If this doesn't fix it then it looks like a bug since mine behave correctly in 27

Thank you so much to the both of you. I came on to ask this EXACT question, using this EXACT elevation example (love 30x40 Design and everything Eric puts out.) Eduardo, your solution worked for me. Thanks so much!!
