      <description>and if you check the parameter 'follow project north' or whatever the local version says, the north arrow will always point to where your project north is set.</description>

      <description>Related:  a heads up if you are using 12.  In the US 12 library at least, the north arrow cannot be properly set to be scaleable (fixed size on a layout).  Confirmed bug.  I'm using the 11 north arrow until this is fixed.&lt;BR /&gt;
