Let me tell you that your wish becomes true, how? Here're the steps:

1) Set user origin to the F.F.L. you prefer.

2) Set the elevation dimension origin to (Current user origin).

3) Place your elevation dimension where you like as it'll be measured from the related F.F.L.

Hello everyone,

As an architecture and interior design office, we mostly work with multi-storey buildings. In the field of interior design, however, there is always a problem when it comes to height dimensioning. For our planning, which always shows sections through individual rooms, we always need the dimensioning in relation to the current finished floor. Unfortunately, this cannot be set in Archicad.
Especially for buildings with more than 3 storeys, we often have to be crafty, which can quickly lead to errors. And to serious Problems.

Can the height dimensioning be given a setting in which the original floor is selected so that each room can get a 0.00?

Thanks
Mara
